Classes

Our reformer classes are designed to help you improve posture, strengthen your core and feel better. From Introduction, Private, Semi-private, Prenatal and Postnatal classes, every one of them is guided by STOTT PILATES® certified instructors. Our classes are aligned with STOTT PILATES® method, providing a foundation of safe, precise and effective movement.

  • Introduction class covers the foundations of STOTT PILATES®, with a focus on posture analysis and pilates principles. We assess your alignment and movement patterns to create an individual approach to your reformer practice.

  • Private class continues from your Introduction, using posture analysis to guide an individual approach, shaped around your alignment and movement patterns. We work with what your body needs most — whether that’s strength, stability or mobility.

  • Semi-private class continues from your Introduction, using posture analysis to guide an individual approach, shaped around each person’s alignment and movement patterns. We work with what your body needs most — whether that’s strength, stability or mobility.

  • Prenatal class continues from your Introduction, using posture analysis to guide an individual approach, shaped around your alignment and movement patterns, while supporting your pregnancy. We work with what your body needs most — whether that’s managing fatigue or pain.

  • Postnatal class continues from your Introduction, using posture analysis to guide an individual approach, shaped around your alignment and movement patterns, while supporting your recovery. We work with what your body needs most — whether that’s managing fatigue or pain.

STOTT PILATES® 

Instructors

Our reformer instructors are trained to help you improve posture, strengthen your core and feel better. With degrees in Kinesiology and Sports Training, they continue their education through STOTT PILATES® courses, renewing their knowledge annually to maintain STOTT PILATES® certification and stay up to date with the latest techniques.

  • Our founder and reformer instructor, with a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Training and years of experience in training and post-rehabilitation, brings a deep understanding of movement, alignment and control — how the body works as a whole, and how small adjustments can create lasting change.

  • Our reformer instructor, with a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and years of experience in prevention and post-rehabilitation, brings a deep understanding of the body as a connected chain — how one joint or segment can influence movement elsewhere.
